Casting parts

Hot-dip galvanized forged steel components for overhead distribution and pole line infrastructure. PYLON's forged parts line covers the full range of hardware needed for utility construction and maintenance — including clevises, deadends, suspension clamps, secondary racks, D-irons, upset bolts, eye bolts, anchor rods, washers, fasteners, turnbuckles, shackles, and links. Available to match existing part numbers or built to your print.

Insulators

Polymer, composite, and silicone insulators for overhead distribution lines and utility pole applications. Each insulator is sourced to dimensional spec and subjected to multi-point quality inspection before shipment. Standard configurations available, with custom profiles for co-op and utility-specific requirements.

Customized Single Blade
 Knives & Multi-Tools

Field-ready knives and multi-tools built for lineman and utility applications. Durable blade construction with non-conductive handle options — designed for cable stripping, rope cutting, and everyday utility fieldwork. Custom blade profiles, handle configurations, and branding available for distributor private label programs.

Heat Shrink Tubing;
Silicone & Polyurethane Molding

Industrial-grade heat shrink tubing for electrical insulation, splice protection, and connector sealing in overhead and underground utility applications. Available in a range of diameters, wall thicknesses, and shrink ratios. Custom silicone and polyurethane molded components also available for OEM and field replacement applications requiring specific geometries or durometer specifications.

Certified High Voltage tools

Insulated hand tools rated for both distribution-class (1,000V AC) and transmission-class high-voltage utility work. Designed for linemen working on energized equipment, these tools are built to meet the safety demands of electrical utility field operations. Available in standard configurations and custom kits tailored to your crew's specific requirements.

Customized Wire Brushes

Heavy-duty wire brushes engineered for conductor cleaning, corrosion removal, and connection surface preparation in electrical utility applications. Built for field durability and consistent performance across repeated use. Custom wire gauge, head size, handle length, and material configurations available.

Canvas bags

Heavy-duty canvas tool and equipment bags built for lineman field use. Reinforced stitching, utility-grade hardware, and rugged canvas construction for long-term durability in outdoor working conditions. Custom sizing, pocket configurations, and logo options available for distributor and utility crew kits.

Oetiker Clamps

Precision stepless ear clamps for secure, vibration-resistant conductor and cable connections on power lines and utility infrastructure. Oetiker-style clamps deliver a uniform, gap-free seal — available in standard and custom sizes to match your application.

Specialty Cutting Augers & Drills
 (Wood & Fiberglass Poles)

Purpose-built auger bits and drill tooling for boring into wood and fiberglass utility poles. Engineered for consistent bore diameter, clean cuts, and durability under demanding outdoor field conditions. Available in standard pole-boring dimensions for both wood and fiberglass applications, with custom sizing on request.

General Questions

Do you have minimum order quantities?

We work with distributors on both stock orders and custom runs. MOQs vary by product — contact us with your requirements and we'll put together a quote.

Yes. If you have a drawing, a sample, or an existing part number, we can source or manufacture to match. Built to print is how we operate.

Every order goes through a three-layer QC process: supplier certifications and test reports are required upfront, third-party inspection is conducted at the source, and we perform our own batch inspection before shipment. You get what you ordered, to spec.

Lead times vary by product and order volume. Contact us directly for a timeline specific to your order — we'll give you a straight answer
