Before founding PYLON in 2017, Ajay Patel and Dipak Patel each spent over 25 years building expertise in the gridline hardware industry — independently operating businesses across national and international markets. That experience gave them a clear view of what distributors actually need: reliable product, consistent specs, and a supplier who picks up the phone. PYLON was founded to be exactly that
